This is a Hashupi quartz crystal of the highest quality.

Hashupi quartz crystals of high quality are a very rare type of Himalayan crystals, the higher the quality the higher the difficulty to get them, not only because of climate conditions and high altitudes, that makes miners only extract them for a few months a year but also because they have been very hard to find in the mines.

Although Hashupi crystals may come in many different shapes, the shape of this crystal, is a perfect example of a formation typical of crystals coming from Hashupi mine. 
There are some physical differences between the normal quartz crystals and many of this type of crystals as can be seen in its body. This one is more round and smoother instead of having creased right angles like normal quartz crystals, giving it a more wand style and pointy termination.

Optical crystals are crystals that are water clear, we can easily see through them and are also crystals that have reached a very high state of evolution.
