This crystal has outstanding characteristics and it´s of the highest quality.

It is a Laser Wand with optical clarity and high luster. The faces have extraordinary and prominent growth lines with amazing sutures and patterns. It has a small Penetrator crystal at the bottom where also has another two small crystals with Iron Oxide inclusions. Also at the bottom there is Mica and green Chlorite and what is even more beautiful is the mix between the Chlorite and Iron which combined makes a beautiful pattern of green and silver along with the golden from the Iron Oxide.
It has Vermicular green Chlorite inclusions also at the bottom.
The termination of the crystal had interference of Chlorite and Iron which prevented the termination to grow into its complete formation but it has many tiny terminations which makes me believe that the crystal started to grow again and if left in its original place with time and the right conditions it would envelope the mineral interferences and achieve its complete formation. So it´s a Self Healed crystal that regrew with green Chlorite, Iron and Iron Oxide, which makes it such an amazing and unusual termination of green, silver and gold patterns.

Hashupi quartz crystals of high quality are a very rare type of Himalayan crystals, the higher the quality the higher the difficulty to get them, not only because of climate conditions and high altitudes, that makes miners only extract them for a few months a year but also because crystals of such high quality  have been very hard to find in the mines.

Optical crystals are crystals that are water clear, we can easily see through them and are also crystals that have reached a very high state of evolution.

This crystal comes from Hashupi mine,  in  Shigar Valley, Shigar District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan.
