Shipping costs
The value of delivery costs is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the product. This value is displayed in the cart before finalizing the order. For example, an order weighing up to 0.5kg sent to mainland Portugal will have a shipping cost of €4.20 via registered mail, unless the order value exceeds €100. Orders over €100 for mainland Portugal and the islands are exempt from paying shipping costs.
For shipments outside the national territory, Portal Cristal is not responsible for paying customs fees and customs clearance costs.
Delivery responsibility
Portal Cristal is responsible for and guarantees the correct packaging of all products. Once delivered to the carrier, be it Local Post Office or another company, the carrier is responsible for correct and complete delivery. Any and all complaints must be made to the carrier. This includes delay in delivery or damage to products, unless insured shipping is chosen. In order to help with the complaint process, it is MANDATORY TO CONSERVE PACKAGING MATERIALS (PACKAGING AND BOX). I need photographs of the damaged objects and all packaging elements to be sent to me. Otherwise, I have no valid arguments to present to the carrier and I cannot in any way assume a loss that is not my responsibility.
In the case of orders that were not delivered and the tracking number shows information that it was delivered, the customer must complain to Local Post Office or the carrier, as only the customer (recipient) can claim that the order was not delivered.
Important warning
The chosen crystal is precisely what is sent. If the customer is unfamiliar with the product or has questions, they should contact Portal Cristal, as I do not assume return costs for choosing an item different from what they expected. The images may differ slightly from the actual product and I am not responsible for this. The customer can request photos and videos of the products to be sent. In this way, Portal Cristal is exempt from liability for compensation or assuming costs due to the fact that the crystals do not meet the customer's expectations, with the customer having the option of viewing the products and exchanging them before sending the order.
The information provided about crystals does not replace any medical advice or medical diagnostic examination and should not be used as a substitute for a healthy lifestyle.
Changes and Cancellations
After completing the order, the Customer has 24 working hours to cancel the order, make changes, or change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance payment or, even, delivery priority. After processing and if it has already been sent, the User has the option of not accepting it, and it will be sent to me again by the transport company. In the latter case, there is no refund of shipping costs. Portal Cristal reserves the right not to process orders when it finds any inconsistency in the personal data presented or observes misconduct on the part of the buyer.
Portal Cristal reserves the right not to process any order or refund, in the event of errors in the values and/or characteristics of the products, when these arise from technical problems or errors that are beyond my control.
For stock reasons, all orders not paid within 5 working days will be automatically cancelled.
Prices and product information
All products are priced in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
The product will only be sent after the amount has been deposited in the bank account, corresponding to Portal Cristal.
Product billing
By law, the customer is given the right to issue an invoice with TIN. The customer reserves the right to request the issuance of the invoice with the TIN. This request must be made within 5 working days after payment of the order, to the email portalcristal777@gmail.com indicating the TIN, name and order number in question. After the established deadline, if there is no communication from the customer, Portal Cristal will issue the invoice to "Final Consumer". Except if the purchase exceeds €1,000 (one thousand euros) in which case it is mandatory to issue an invoice with TIN and it will be necessary to communicate the TIN to Portal Cristal.
Refund Cancellation Policy
Returns are accepted.
The right to return must be exercised within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer, by communicating their intention to the email: portalcristal777@gmail.com.
In case of return, the Customer must keep the purchased items and products in order to be able to return them to Portal Cristal within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns made by the Customer under the right of withdrawal must be sent by Local Post Office or other shipping method to the address, Beco João Simões Tavares Lote 8, r\c a, Alto do Quintão, 8500-293, Portimão, Portugal. The item must always be accompanied by the invoice, and returns of items will only be accepted in the same condition in which they were sent and without any sign of damage. Portal Cristal will refund the price paid to the customer without any expenses or charges, with the refund being made using the same payment method. If there are previous transport costs, these will not be included.
Privacy Policy
Portal Cristal guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by Users.
The personal data identified on the order form as being mandatory, are essential for the provision of the Service by Portal Cristal. The omission or inaccuracy of the data provided by the User is their sole and entire responsibility and may result in Portal Cristal refusing to provide the Service.
The User's personal data will be processed and stored electronically and intended to be used by Portal Cristal within the scope of the contractual and/or commercial relationship with the User. Not being transmitted to any other entity unless with the User's consent.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the User is guaranteed, without additional charges, the right to access, rectify and update their personal data, directly or upon written request, as well as the right to object to their use for the purposes set out in the previous number, and for this purpose you must contact Portal Cristal, as this is an entity responsible for the processing of personal data.
The Internet is an open network, as the User's personal data, much personal information and all content hosted on the Service can circulate on the network without security conditions, even running the risk of being accessible and used by unauthorized third parties for the purpose of effect, and Portal Cristal cannot be held responsible for this access and/or use.
